Samara is a yoga teacher, nutrition coach, and soon to be pilates instructor. She specializes in flexibility, as she grew up doing rhythmic gymnastics. Her approach to teaching is to encourage body awareness, safe and comfortable movement, utilizing natural range of motion, and building a positive relationship with movement. Everything is possible.
